Collecting Textures
Downloaded textures from pexels.com that can be used as brick walls, roof tile and stained glass.

Minor lighting correction
It was too warm and dark, so I tried to make the appropriate correction for two of the ambience variations.

Exterior Revision
My jaw DROPPED when I saw how unacceptable the work quality was from Week 10. I remember feeling very proud when I finished my first proper exterior design in Week 10. In Week 14, I looked back and was immediately engulfed in disgust. 1 month of improvement with the interior got me really far in pushing the limit of my skills and vision. Without further ado, I bore the pain of fixing the buildings and improving details everywhere with cascading in mind. Shading a believable water was not easy but I tried my best by creating reflections of the buildings and their colours on it.

FEEDBACK

Week 14
- The blue glow make it more subtle for the sides
- Take pink brush and brush fg surrounding (soft light)
- Can apply yellow on the middle canvas for warmth to balance the cool colours
- Can add bloom effect on inhibitor
- Can add glass texture on the top layer for overall noise
- The bright yellow coming from the window is too much
- Add noise like the previous one
- Can add pattern on horizontal pillars, subtle effects
- Ceiling patterns can have more depth, arch window pillars and main window frame and pillars
- Check values again with B&W filter, some places are too dark

Week 13
- Add shadows on the sharp point of ceiling, make the ceiling pipes thick thick
- Some blue light coming out of foreground pillars

REFLECTION

Everything was so difficult, but in the end, it was always doable. There are definitely self-expectations that I did not manage to reach because I believe I still can achieve more. However, it is just not the time yet and within these 3 months, I would still acknowledge my improvement that is not only shown on the canvas but also mentally I manage to get over lots of fears. The only hope I had was to finish the Rango piece that was supposed to be one of the final outcomes too but thinking of it now, it is definitely impossible with the energy and time I have. Nothing is wasted and I hope to stumble across designing something with a Wild West theme in the future. Things I have learned from this module: Cascading, Layering, Cascading, Layering.
